Our Vibrant Memorials are the only ones currently able to be shipped. 

We only ship to the continental U.S. We generally ship your marker directly to your cemetery. We do not offer expedited shipping.

In-stock items are usually ready for delivery within 8-12 weeks. Non-standard sized memorials or upright monuments may take 4-6 months for manufacturing and delivery. This time frame begins once your memorial is approved for production. Once approved, no other changes can be made.

Yes, we offer memorials in all monuments and sizes. 

Yes, we offer a limited 10-year warranty on our granite products for manufacturer defects. However, we cannot offer a replacement for damages caused by cemetery negligence, natural disasters or vandalism. It is recommended that you add your memorial to your homeowner's insurance policy.

Once you submit your order, one of our talented designers will provide you with a computer-generated proof and email it to you. You must verify that everything looks correct before your order is produced. If you need to make minor changes, simply reply to the email. We will make the revisions and send you another proof.

In the rare event that your marker is lost or damaged during transit, we will replace it at no charge, but you must contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can initiate a claim with the shipper.

You MUST contact the cemetery where the marker is to be installed. We will assist you in coordinating with your cemetery to ensure that your memorial selection meets their guidelines, and how much is required for installation and/or their foundation.
